We take pride in our ability to customize and create your perfect furniture solution. That means that we will create your individual, unique product and keep very few of our designs in stock. The craftsmen at our manufactory will work to craft your unique furniture using the best materials, sustainably sourced from around the world. The downside to this is time. It takes time to ensure quality in every detail and while we try to get your new design to you as fast as possible, the below times are indications of how long it usually takes.
The process of making a finished product normally takes approximately 6-8 weeks from the placement of the order without the delivery time.
The delivery fee and extra cost at immigration will not be covered by AXO Design.
AXO Design will not be responsible for damages during the delivery.
We will provide a Certificate of Origin and will assist our customers with all the paperwork necessary for a smooth delivery.
We take great pride in the quality of our furniture and pay great attention to detail, construction and finish. We carefully inspect every piece and we recommend you to do the same upon receipt of your furniture. We construct only once you confirm the prototype and no return or exchange will be available after hand. We will ensure to repair if there are any mistakes made by AXO Design and we accept to recondition with additional cost. We ask you to return the product in its original packaging. A usage, transport or restocking fee may apply.
